Last Friday, we released a statement to all employees condemning racial discrimination and committing to become more active in our industry and communities to make more substantial efforts to have an impact on this unacceptable issue. I will be personally leading a working group within our company to identify and take actions that change the trajectory of opportunity for African Americans.
