Japan’s Matsumoto Castle, built in 1594, has received a new nighttime lighting installation. The winter presentation is titled “Matsumoto Castle-Shimmering Ice Crystal Water Mirror,” and is a public art project led by Tokyo Lighting Design and Venus Laser.
